Standard, non-custom items may be eligible for return with prior AK Bridal authorization when the request is made within 3 days of delivery. Approved non-defective returns are issued as store credit less a 35% restocking fee; original shipping, handling and return shipping are non-refundable. Customized, altered, rush, clearance/final-sale and special-order items are not returnable or exchangeable. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Do not send any item back without return authorization.
