Bridal gowns and made-to-order/special-order items are final sale once the order is placed and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged for fit, color preference or change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos so AK Bridal can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except where required for a verified fulfillment error.
